About Us

BXR started with an interest in the wholesale business and a belief that there was room to approach it in a more relationship-driven way. Too often, a wholesale partner is easy to reach while an order is being placed and hard to find afterward. We wanted to be the kind of partner we'd want if we were the brand.

We know there are real people behind every brand we work with, and we take seriously the trust that comes with representing their products. Their success is what our business is built around. That's why we hold ourselves to clear expectations, honest communication, sound judgment, and doing what we say we'll do.

We'd rather build a smaller number of relationships we can grow with over time than collect as many accounts as possible. That means staying involved after the purchase order.

The Principles We Operate By

LONG-TERM THINKING

Relationships, Not Transactions

We ask one question before committing: will this still make sense in six months? In a year? If a decision works today but weakens the relationship tomorrow, that's usually all we need to know.

RELIABILITY

Follow Through, Every Time

Good partnerships depend on consistency. We take commitments seriously, handle the details, and speak up when something needs attention rather than letting it linger. The real test isn't how a partner shows up in the pitch. It's how they show up on the tenth reorder, when the relationship has become routine.

STEWARDSHIP

Treat the Brand Like It Matters

The products we carry belong to businesses that have spent years building their reputation. We treat that responsibility with care and avoid decisions that put the brand at needless risk. That reputation took someone else years to build. We don't treat it like it's ours to spend.

SOUND JUDGMENT

Not Every Opportunity Is a Good One

We're disciplined about which opportunities we pursue, and straightforward when one isn't the right fit. Every new relationship is a commitment of time, capital, and attention. We make those commitments deliberately, so we have the capacity to give the brands we work with the attention they deserve.

CLEAR COMMUNICATION

No Surprises

Important information should reach you clearly and early. Relationships are easier to manage when both sides know what's happening and what comes next. Bad news is often manageable. Finding out about it too late is what makes it costly.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Progress, Not Maintenance

We pay attention to what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change. The relationship in year three should be stronger than it was in year one.
